Back in 2015, Raskin saw a shift in how organizations were using “story.” It was no longer a sales and marketing tool, but an expression of strategy. His mind lept to practicalities, and he started asking himself where this story should be written.
His first stop? Throwing the question “What’s your single source of narrative truth?” out to his Linkedin audience.
Their answers reflected his earlier, more conventional approach: that the story was in your internal documents and or e-files. It wasn’t something the outside world could take a peek at. And that story was arranged as a collection of messages in rows and columns (and categorized in relation to a specific persona), like a pyramid, or styled as a messaging “house.”
In this webinar, learn how Andy Raskin is applying his framework to truly understand what's your single source of narrative truth?
